    I discovered that after doing Coach nicoles Video. She kept saying tighten your abs and after a while I do it automatically and lts of areas are feeling better. Way to go.

    I've gotta try it too! I wasn't sure if I was running the "wrong" way because I just started running last week. Maybe this will help my knee. -Thanks!-
