    Good idea. Instructors tell us to 'engage our abdominals', so I try to do this and also my pelvic floor muscles.

    I discovered that after doing Coach nicoles Video. She kept saying tighten your abs and after a while I do it automatically and lts of areas are feeling better. Way to go.
