If you have an IPhone or IPod, get the free ap for SparkPeople. It makes it easy to track your food and exercise when you're on the go. I always carry my IPhone in my pocket, so I'm ready to go!
I'm not really sure if you consider this a product, but it is one of my favorite tools on my phone now, after cardio trainer. You simply input your reward cardss and purchase program cards, with or without barcod into your phone and voila - they are all on the app with information at your finger tips and no more overstuffed wallet or key ring! You can even access on your app what rewards you have earned to date or where the nearest location is etc etc etc. I LOVE THIS!!!334
For Iphone users SparkPeople has a wonderful app. I tend to underestimate what I ate if I put it in after the fact so I like to log immediately. The iPhone App really helps me keep track and stay on track when I'm on the go. It even tracks fitness. Highly recommended to anyone with an iPhone
