When making snack bars like Rice Krispie Treats, substitute Fiber One for the Rice Krispies. The results are crunchy and very tasty.
Rice Krispies have 0 fiber, but Fiber One has 14 gr per serving. One treat (depending on how big you make them) should have about 1/4 to 1/2 serving.

I also like 1/2 serving of Fiber One added to a small container of yogurt. It satisfies my need for crunch and usually gives me enough fiber (along with other foods I've eaten that day) to meet my daily quota.

High fiber bars are my secret weapon to not feeling deprived. I like Fiber One and Fiber Plus- both have 9 grams fiber! About 130 cal. Eating Right (from Safeway) has a nice 100 cal nutrition bar too. I use for breakfast along with fruit and a little cottage cheese. Or I use for a snack. 250
