Water is so important in helping cleanse your body and keep you hydrated when working out. I always feel so good when Ive had all my water for the day, keeping a 32 oz water bottle around makes the water go alot faster.

I drink water constantly at home and at work and water is good for you, but i dont see a change in my weight loss drinking it all yet

No success? Try working out at intervals! You can spend hours on the treadmill, but after twenty minutes, you stop burning fat and START burning muscle! Yikes. Instead, do intense cardio for one minute and then slow it down for another minute until your twenty minutes is up; it burns more fat that way, anyway!

A Way to Help Me Keep Track of the Sparkrecipes I Have Tried!
I have 8 Sparkrecipe cookbooks. I like to comment on the recipes in my private cookbooks so I will remind myself of helpful hints like what special ingredients others used that would help my hiatal hernia. I found if I DID NOT comment on a recipe that meant I have not tried it yet and that IS HELPFUL TO ME in keeping track of which recipes I have tried and which still remain to be tried!
I have been on a weight loss journey for 4 years.
