  • Water is so important in helping cleanse your body and keep you hydrated when working out. I always feel so good when Ive had all my water for the day, keeping a 32 oz water bottle around makes the water go alot faster. - by LUVMY3SONS85
    I drink water constantly at home and at work and water is good for you, but i dont see a change in my weight loss drinking it all yet emoticon - by UTAHMOMMIE
