Turkey breast is almost fat free...almost all the fat is in the skin. Dark meat is higher in fat than white meat but not by much when eaten without the skin. Lean ground turkey is 140 calories for 4 ounces. Have a Turkey burger or Turkey tacos. Turkey Chilie or Chilie Mac. Pick breast cutlet or tenderloins & have the butcher grind them for less fat.
