Are we really eating what we think we are? Are we in a food or exercise rut?

When you find that you have reached a weight loss plateau, change everything about your workout.. Look at your exercise routine. If you do cardio and strenght on the same, which do you do first? At a plateau change the order. Change the type of cardio activity.
Your body has decided that what ever you are doing is the norm so no more weight loss. Confuse it. and get the weight loss going again.
