I typically throw all of my lunch's components into a single dish and take it to work with me. I also typically eat my lunch in less than 5 minutes. I've discovered that the more dishes I bring with me, the slower I eat. So, the next time I want to toss that piece of chicken and the leftover corn and rice together, I'll just pull out three smaller containers and take them separately.
It may take a bit longer to heat up these pieces at the workplace microwave, but you can always nibble on one element while the others are heating up. Of course, if there's a line for the microwave, you may need to get creative!

Some tips: purchase some small containers to separate toiletries into (and throw away the outdated makeup, bad perfume, etc! Or give it to charity if available); organize your closet by season; Organize bills and imp. documents into a file box; And overall - purge regularly! Get rid of the chaos.
This is a tip I have just started implementing in the last month, and it works! Never a breakfast eater, I now eat within 45 min of waking to kick my metabolism into gear and get my first burst of energy for the day. I'm eating a snack again by mid-morning and having lunch on time. Continuing this throughout the day and getting six small meals really does work, and you'll feel GREAT! 306
