My favorite workout of all time is ZUMBA! I have so much fun doing it I forget that I am working out. I find myself wanting to do more after my workout is over. I Zumba in the privacy of my own home with Zumba Fitness for the Wii. It is also available on several other game platforms. Trust me, it's a ton of fun!

Move for 10 minutes. Sitting in a chair, standing up, whatever, just increase your movement level for 10 minutes. The goal her is to improve air and blood flow, so work at your on pace. Have music playing either from an exercise video or the radio, Sandwich this in anywhere in your day.

I have recently picked up hoopdancing as a fun and easy exercise. It gets your heart pumping and the sweat dripping but it's so fun that I forget I'm exercising. Plus, I get to learn all these awesome tricks! :)
