Motivation comes from within yourself. Think about the surge you had for the new year... You felt like you had a new beginning and internally wanted to start on the right foot. The problem with those surges is that they are temporary. But you now know for a fact that YOU and only YOU can motivate yourself!
When you are optimist, positive, self confident and proud of yourself, it's easy to motivate yourself. And the motivation you feel will be constant and always there.

And how do you do it?
Set yourself daily base goals. Like walking for 15 minutes, or doing one video exercise. Something easy, your minimum requirement. And now do it everyday. Always.
You will develop a sense of pride and accomplishment and this will in turn motivate you!!

So very true & important to always remember!! You might think that your motivation is that "You want to look good in a bikini" or "You want to go down a pant size" or "You want to keep up with your grandkids", the real motivations are the "YOU WANTS" - PERIOD!!
