Find an Exercise Class with a No-Show Fee
If you have struggled like me to find an exercise routine that you enjoy and keeps you motivated everyday, sign up with a yoga, pilates or other exercise studio that charges you if you don't come to your class. Many gyms or studios have online class sign ups and if you cancel less than 8-12 hours in advance, you have to pay a fee. Saving money is another reason to get up and go at 6am when hitting the snooze button could end your fitness streak!
Do calisthenics during the commercial breaks when you are watching TV. The idea is to exercise intensely for the length of the break, as one would do in interval training.

Exercises: Jumping jacks, push-ups, squats, lunges, etc.
At the top of every hour stop do 25 sit ups and 25 push ups. If you can't do a real push up do the modified ones. This will not only get you into doing some exercise every day but it will also help you to increase the amount of push ups and sit ups you can do. Also helps to add stuff to your Fitness calculator.
