Exercise Instead Of Caffeine

Instead of using caffeine to keep yourself awake, trying doing a short (maybe 10 minute) workout. Because of my new life schedule, I' m having trouble staying awake to get everything done. Instead of buying a coffee yesterday, I did a 10 minute cardio workout, and it helped me stay awake for the duration of my work shift and my drive home - and I never had to deal with that caffeine crash!

MORE INFORMATION:
Obviously, getting enough sleep is what we want to do; however, in times when that's not necessarily what we are able to do, why not do something that won't lift us up and then have us crash a little later?
