My biggest struggle in cutting down my overall calorie intake was overcoming a nightly struggle with candy cravings. Now I substitute a bowl of frozen cherries for the pack of Twizzlers or box of Mike n Ike's. A put about a cupful of the frozen cherries in the micro for 15-20 seconds. They end up partially thawed and slushy, and it really satisfies that sugar craving.

In the summer I eat frozen grapes just about daily. You can't beat the flavor and you get a serving of fruits/veggies in to boot! Frozen cherries are great too - in season and cheap now! Low in calories... what's not to LOVE?!
freeze cherries (esp the tart pie ones that are super in season right now), and then throw 5-6 in your glass of water like ice cubes! Crush a few in there for that twinge of taste, and eat the others as a little treat when you get to the bottom of the glass.
the guy selling cherries at the farmers market told me this today, and I think it's brilliant!
When I'm craving something sweet and cold, I go for about 1/2c of organic frozen dark cherries, put them in a bowl with about a 1/4c of almond milk (or skim or soy or yogurt even) and eat them up! The milk semi freezes the cherries and it's almost like Cherry Garcia ice cream.... only really good for you!
Sometimes I'll add a few fresh berries as well, just to amp up the nutrients! yum yum yum!
