My biggest struggle in cutting down my overall calorie intake was overcoming a nightly struggle with candy cravings. Now I substitute a bowl of frozen cherries for the pack of Twizzlers or box of Mike n Ike's. A put about a cupful of the frozen cherries in the micro for 15-20 seconds. They end up partially thawed and slushy, and it really satisfies that sugar craving.

In the summer I eat frozen grapes just about daily. You can't beat the flavor and you get a serving of fruits/veggies in to boot! Frozen cherries are great too - in season and cheap now! Low in calories... what's not to LOVE?!
freeze cherries (esp the tart pie ones that are super in season right now), and then throw 5-6 in your glass of water like ice cubes! Crush a few in there for that twinge of taste, and eat the others as a little treat when you get to the bottom of the glass.
