I don't smoke because it causes cancer and that will kill me. I don't drink because it causes liver problems and car accidents and those will kill me. I don't drive without my seatbelt because that might kill me. When I crave a cookie or a shake, I tell myself that I "can't eat that because it will kill me." True or not, that one little phrase gives me just enough pause to stop, think and make a more healthy decision.

I believe that sometimes when life is stressful...it is important to have an outlet for rest and relaxation...I believe this is very important to keep a positive attitude..I believe Bubblebaths provide that rest...relaxation...and stress release...next time your all stressed out..hop in the tub!
