When I get home from work and I'm changing into my "comfy clothes" I immediately put on my running clothes. That way, I'm ready to go run as soon as I'm done changing. I find if I don't, then I make excuses. Sometimes I need to go run an errand right after I get home, so this way, I run that errand in my running clothes and I'm ready to go, once I finished the errand.
I know I already told everybody about running errands with your bike, but lately I've started commuting with my bike, and I am amazed with the results. Not only I get my exercise done, but I also save and average of 40 dollars a month, just in gas!!!
