I find that when I don't want to exercise I tend to eat very carelessly also. Ahh! When you don't feel like it MAKE YOURSELF! Even just a slow paced walking video (I love Walk Away the Pounds) by the end you usually feel full of energy and even if you aren't jumping with energy you did SOMETHING and you will DEFINATELY have more energy than when you started :D YAY!

    You are so right, it is about sticking with something you enjoy, then it doesn't feel like work.

    I think finding an exercise you can stick withmeans a lot.If it's easy & fun makes you want to do the exercise more.
