Too often we say we have no time to exercise. The best things is to plan exercise like how we plan our meals. On my busy days, I plan my exercises for early morning...or just make sure I plan for even a 20 minute workout at some point throughout the day...quick but counts. We have to make time for our workouts or they will never get done when we get caught up with life!

The most important meal of the day, always sets the tone to how you are going to eat for the rest of the day and feel. Always have a nutritious meal already made on hand so you don't grab the sugary cereal or cookie in the cabinet. The best ones I have are slim fast shake or meal bar or some other meal supplement. I also make 1/2 cup of egg substitute the night before so all I have to do is reheat and grab a fuit or other health carb to go along with. Remember BE PREPARED!
