It's a great idea.. i do the same and also make sure i log my food and portion intake that day to keep me reminded on my accomplishments... i keep a list of healthy foods that satisfy my cheat cravings, so i still eat right!

I do the same but for the week- I only go food shopping once a week. I love it! What's for breakfast, lunch, or dinner is never a question in my house. That used to always lead to pigging out. Now, i know what the choices are, i have it defrosted in the frig--end of.

This is a great suggestion. I used to do this, and it worked. I've been starting small, planning the next meal or snack in advance. I tried to do a whole day, but got overwhelmed because I had to keep checking to see what I had planned (I've got no printer). I'll bet it would be helpful to plan the night before, then get everything ready for the next day. I also like Lucy419's "cheat sheet" idea!

Meal Planning
I like to use my Sundays to make meals for the rest of the week. I chop my veggies and put them in plastic storage bowls for my lunches. I cook one thing in the slow cooker to eat on all week. I portion it out for my meals so I never over eat it.
