Eat a small handful of walnuts or almonds 30 min. before a meal and you won't be as hungry. Also great for an afternoon snack- gets the brain "full" . I also eat with my oatmeal and salads. They are the best filler-upper!!!7
To prevent your new CD's and DVD's from getting scratched......turn them upside down inside the case. When you put back inside it's encasement....you slide it around to find the center...this results in dust particles scratching the sensitive disk..so turn it over before putting it back in the case and when you slide it to align the hole..it won't scratch it. Saves you alot of money in replacing them and the headache of trying to repair them with those expensive little scratch removing gadgets
