Realize That Somone Out There Has More To Lose...

This Sparked Me!

At first this might sound demeaning/degrading (and it might be), but it worked for me. I felt like I had such a far way to come weight-loss wise that I needed to look at pictures of people who had more to lose than me. So I google imaged various phrases like "fattest woman", "800 pound woman", etc. Seeing that at least I wasn't THAT big made me realize that I can do this! :)

I emailed my own "BEFORE" pictures that I had my husband take of me wearing a string bikini (with the strings reaching much farther than ever intended, looking incredibly demeaned, defeated, and depressed) so that I could peek on my phone in times of weakness with the caption "Put down your elboy and close your mouth." IT WORKED, AND STILL WORKS,WONDERS for me!!! However, I just don't have the grit to post them on SP for "the world" to see, despite being only 3 pounds away from my FINAL goal...and actually being able to wear the string bikini bathing suit again.

Yes, just watching the Biggest Loser is motivating for me to never get that large and to get in control now!

Yes. I agree with you because I have done it before and it motivates me

I love the biggest loser show! It really motivates me. If they can do it, I know I can, too
