If you tend to have the same types of items at a certain meal of the day (for me its usually 2 or 3 of the same choices for breakfast) I just move the date of the tracker to a past day where I knew I ate the same items and use the option to "copy this to another date" and it makes my tracking quick and easy! Also the favorites list is really handy.

Don't use the nutrition tracker just for tracking foods you ate. Use it to plan what you will eat--either daily or weekly. I like to plan the major parts of each meal for a week in advance and then fill in the other components a day or two before. You can use the "copy foods" button to copy a meal to another day, the daily report to print your menu for the day, and the grocery list button to print out a grocery list. number, bank info or medical records can easily get into the wrong hands. If you need to make copies of personal documents, it is best to make them on a home copier or scan your document on your scanner. I just read this in an AARP publication and thought I'd pass it along.
When we plan to have dinner at a restaurant, I get a copy of the menu, select the dish I will order, and include it in my meal planning. In that way I can comfortably order and eat a meal with my family without the guilt or fear that I'm ruining my day. Many menus are available online, and it's worth it to take the time to decide the dish you would want and how it would play into your day's nutrition plan.
