Copying A Meal To Another Day




If you tend to have the same types of items at a certain meal of the day (for me its usually 2 or 3 of the same choices for breakfast) I just move the date of the tracker to a past day where I knew I ate the same items and use the option to "copy this to another date" and it makes my tracking quick and easy! Also the favorites list is really handy.
