    Journaling is a wonderful to not only alleviate stress, it a great way to learn more about yourself. If find myself revealing in writing what I won't admit verbally ... in fact, without realizing it, it's there on paper before I even realize it and it sort of makes me face the issue and deal with it, and if I'm not ready for that step, at least it brings it to the forefront of my mind for the moment.
