I have learned to love working out at the gym because I don't need a partner. I feel safe working out at the gym alone, where as I don't walking in the park by myself. We do not live in a safe world, sad but true.

I have a standing desk available for my portable computers. I also use e readers to walk and get motivated at the same time (indoors or on treadmill) Safety first!

Well I do not do crash diets, I don't take crazy pills. I don't do cardio until I am blue in the face. I eat healthy. I eat in moderation. I limit my saturated fats, sugars, and simple carbohydrates.
Slow is fast and fast is slow. It really is. I would rather maintain my muscle and lose weight slowly and cut fat slowly than loose my muscle and not burn up my fat, which is what excess cardio does!
