Drink coffee which improves mood, increase your vitamin B complex and B12, eat high protein foods which have amino acids in them that tell the brain to feel good. Foods high in fiber such as beans, oats, brown rice, apples, fruits & vegetables will also help change mood. Skip anything with sugar as sugar can make you feel sluggish and crabby because of the swings in blood sugar levels. After the sugar high one can become even more tired and irratible. Get some sun, drink Milk, take vitamin D.
