I get a ton of migraines a month which stops me from doing my workouts or feeling like doing just about anything.I have perscriptions that work but make me feel out of it. Wanted to find something natural that would work. A girlfriend of mine who got migraines also told me about adding magnessium to my diet. I found many articles on the internet about magnessium helping, so I tried it. It helps!!! I still get an occassional migraine, most are redused to normal headaches.
I take about half the perscription meds I used to. I checked with my doctor and he said he has also heard of success with magnessium. Lot of people have low magnessium levels because it is hard to find large amounts in any food. I take a pill with calcium and zinc combined. Look into it.
