Making More Use Of The Nutrition Tracker



In addition to logging food in my food tracker.. I have added the suggestion that MIMAWELIZABETH made about adding notes to the favorites. I have made a food option for the hours of the day. starting with a.m. or p.m. so they stay together in my favorites. i.e., (a.m. 8:00) I am going to begin to log the time I eat my meals so I can determine if there are any patterns.

I also have comments for state of mind. i.e., (4. frustrated or 4. strong! ) they are preceded by a number... again just so they stay together in the favorites list.
