I love getting Sparkpeople e-mails and updates. But, sometimes my non-spark stuff would get lost in the shuffle. I created an e-mail account, using my spark ID, for all spark updates and e-mails. Gmail and yahoo, and plenty other sites, offer free e-mail. This way I have one convenient spot to check for spark stuff without having to sort through any other mail.
