One of my main problems is laziness. To keep myself moving every day, I constantly renew my commitment to my goal. I tell myself that this is just the beginning of my journey and I disregard any weight I've lost before. Starting each day as if it were from square one helps me stay focused and away from laziness and temptations!

I am a person who likes competition,even if it is with myself.I found I had difficulty in completing some of my team goals except for the ones that were streaks.So,I decided to put almost all of my team goals on streak"mode". And guess what happened? I'm MORE motivated than I was before!!!!
I like keeping the streaks going as long as possible and seeing them reminds me not to argue w/myself about going to the gym for an early yoga class or gravity machine workout,But to JUST GET THERE AND EXERCISE to keep the streak alive....which will actually help keep ME alive longer and healthier!
