They seem to lower the risk of heart disease by lowering cholesterol. They are high in Vitamin C and minerals and help the immune system. Naturally they act as an anti-depressant, blueberries improve digestion and may help in colon and ovarian cancers. Low calorie too! This sounds like a super food to me.
