Sometimes you have to just take a break from your workout schedule. I have learned to listen to my body and give it what it needs without the guilt. If I am not feeling 100% I don't feel the need to torture my body just to say I have worked out!

Patience with Others may be easier than with Myself.
When I am impatient with myself, I am placing a huge obstacle in my way of reaching and achieving my deepest goals. I remind myself that small steps over time will ADD up to big results in the long run.
Good things DO come to those who WAIT!
So give YOURSELF a BREAK, you would do that for friend!
If you don't have motivation, nothing else applies either. Accept a plateau (cause it happens), but push yourself just a bit harder and remember how good it feels to see that scale go down...even if just by one pound. Logging my food intake each day is my biggest motivator.
Give yourself some breaks, never beat yourself up, stay positive even though you just ate an entire chocolate bar. It's okay on occasion. Motivate yourself to walk it off.
Every week, I get to take a 24 hour break known as Shabbat. It's a time to reflect, relax, and rejuvenate. It gives me the focus to continue my life's journeys. Everyone needs a break so give yourself some time off. Give yourself some time to just sit and be. Feel your own zen!
