I've loved this since the first time I read it: "Falling is failing only if you stay down." At any time, no matter how late in the day, YOU can decide to get back up. I used to think that if I didn't get my exercise in before noon, forget it...but since joining SP, I am working on doing at least 10 minutes (which usually becomes 20 or 30) even if it's after I get home later. I don't work out super hard then because I don't want to get too energized but I keep the streak going and that's a huge psychological boost.
