    So true!! It's the quick weightloss gimmicks that have you drop a bunch of weight, but then gain it all back quick too... and then some! To truly lose weight the healthy way, you must do it the right way... change your lifestyle! The pounds may not come off as fast, but if you keep it up, they will continue to come off forever!!
