On the nutrition tracking page click "Change Nutrition Goals" It's just above the cups of water measure. Then click "Add another nutrient to track" I selected just about all the vitamins and essential minerals. I have found that I don't need to take as many supplements as I used to take. It saves money and I am more healthy.

    I think people take far more suppliments than they need to! more isn't necessarily better!

    yes, and if you take vitamins... enter this in your favorites and it will track your supplement intake too
