I love my TV programs - I have specific ones I always watch. Now I can only watch them if I am on the move. Something as simple as marching on the spot or better yet ride the cross trainer while watching keeps your activity level regular.

When arriving home from a hard day of work, after dinner my favorite activity is watching TV not excising. Just as I decide to go for a walk another one of my must see programs comes on so walking is put off yet another day. So I decided to combined my TV watching with my walking which helps me from getting bored. Iím so into my program that before I realized it, I have walked in place for an hour without looking at the clock and becoming bored. 30
