I love my TV programs - I have specific ones I always watch. Now I can only watch them if I am on the move. Something as simple as marching on the spot or better yet ride the cross trainer while watching keeps your activity level regular.

    I work for a Doctors office and therefore I wear scrubs. I think if I changed my clothes, I could accomplish so much more in the evenings!! - by MALPAIT2
  • I do this as well, only I usually jump on my mini trampoline. I get into watching the show/movie and don't even think about the fact that I'm exercising. It's a great way to get in extra cardio! - by MRSMDAY
