Pack your gym bag the night before so there's no excuses!
I have two sets of hygiene products-one for home, one for the gym so I don't have to worry about packing that. I also have a quick-drying microfiber towel in my bag so it dries in the gym bag before the next day's shower. Having my bag packed means all I have to do is grab and go!

One recent discovery is: I eat when I'm tired - night time being the most intense. When I listen to my body saying "tired" and go to bed, I avoid the added calorie intake and get a decent night's sleep.102
Getting enough sleep at night helps avoid "tired" during the next day, which also prevents snacking.
