Tracking what I eat for every meal and snack is essential for
me. It keeps me accountable and on top of my program. I
know how many calories I have consumed and can plan and budget for a special meal and stay in my calorie range.

It is a very good idea to have a scale to weigh portions, and measuring cups and spoons to ensure I'm getting a true portion. No guessing, just true facts!
