When I'm thinking about what to prepare for dinner, I make sure that my nutrition tracker is up to date for my earlier meals, and then review the nutrition information before I decide. That way I ensure that I'm staying within my goal range for the day.

    i just did this, this morning, looked up all the breakfast foods I was craving and created a meal out of what was the highest in good stuff, and lowest in bad stuff.
