Buy some pretty small bowls that hold only 1/2 a cup. Use these for yogurt with jam and you have a low calorie dessert that feels special. Smaller plates are good to use too.

MORE INFORMATION:
Small glasses are good too!!! 6 oz juice glass if you just have to have a high calorie drink like whole milk!!!
