When I'm craving something sweet, I have a dessert flavored tea. Loose leaf tea shops are popping up everywhere these days, and they have a vast selection. If you live in Canada, David's Tea has a great selection : Lime Gelato green tea, Mom's Apple pie green tea, Pumpkin Chai (tastes like pumpkin pie). You can drink them hot, or very cold with ice, and they have zero calories! It's often enough to eliminate my dessert craving and it helps digestion after a meal!
