I mix 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling) with either a teaspoon of sugar or an artificial sweetener, plus spices. It's under 60 calories if you use 1 tsp sugar, counts as a serving of vegetables and has 5 grams of fiber (may depend on the brand).

    I mix 1/2 cup of canned pumpkin into my oatmeal for a tasty treat! It's REALLY good mixed with maple/brown sugar oatmeal!

    I was using pureed pumpkin with greek yogurt, cinnamon, nutmeg and a teaspoon of real maple syrup as my afternoon snack-great protein,a veggie and just sweet enough. BUT right now I can't fine any in the stores-
