I have begun to experiment with sprinkling spices on my fruit if its too tart for me. Curry powder on Granny Smith apples and grated frozen ginger on my orange slices are two recent examples.

    Neat! A traditional Central American recipe is crushed pumpkinseed and chili powder on unripe mango - quite a tangy kick! I'd interested in curried apples now... :)
