A couple of times a week for lunch I'll have a can of Slim Fast Royal Chocolate. I put it in a smoothie mixer, add half a cup of skim milk, a small banana and a few ice cubes and mix it up. It satisfies my desire for chocolate in a very good tasting way and fills me up!
