I don't deprive myself of the things I really want to eat. If out to dinner and I would like dessert I just have 3 small bites or less. This way I have satisfied my craving without sabotaging all of my hard work of exercising and eating right.

    I guess the secret to that is "small bites"! I'm sure when dining out I could find someone at the table who would be a willing recipient of whatever is left after my 3 bites. Good tip.
