The participants who walked 30 to 40 minutes at least three times a week experienced a reduction in their blood pressure that was stress-induced.

I highly recommend Dave Ramsey. If you don't want to go through the course (about $100 for 13 weeks) at least get one of his books. A lot of common sense stuff that we need to do just in everyday life!
When my sister died, everything she owned got thrown out or donated. It made me look at all my "stuff" in a new way. So now, I don't buy anything unless I truly need it. I wear out my clothes before buying anything new, if even then.
Do you really NEED something, or merely WANT it? Think first. Go through all your stuff and donate or throw out what you don't need. I pretended I was someone cleaning out my stuff after I died, and I got rid of so much useless stuff. So freeing! and not as morbid as it sounds!
