  • Yes small amounts add up and I have even found myself going for a walk during a phone call or just when I want to eat something. I try to drag others into the fray.
    Does any one else have a problem exercising when sick. I just have had a lot of allergies and been sneezing and coughing. So the last three days I have been walking slower and napping. Keep up the encouragement and let me know about exercising when Ill. - by MIAJOEB
