I'm always on time for appointments and scheduled events, but for a while, I would allow myself to skip exercise. So, now I make an appointment, and schedule myself a time to do what I need to do! A planned activity and time can be much more effective than a "I'll do some exercise today" vision.

    That sounds like a good idea..i'm always putting my exercise off...will try making an appointment also... i'm never late for an appointment! emoticon emoticon

    This is a really great point! It sometimes, at least for myself, needs to exist in reality (on the calendar - with a reminder set in my phone), for it to actually happen. Scheduling workouts is the key to making sure it gets done! emoticon
