Hi! I like to chew on a mint (like Altoid) or mint flavored sugarless gum (like Extra Polar Ice) to get me through a time of tempting nibbles or snacking. These times for me are: after school grocery store trip when I am hungry for snacks, also it helps me avoid those tempting sample trays that sit out in the isles of the grocery store; socials after work or at church, where there are lots of tempting snacks awaiting me. Overcoming these temptations gives me a feeling of positive gratitude,

Drink more water - Add Metro Mint water to plain water for flavor
I add Metro Mint water in peppermint, spearmint, lemon mint, orange mint, and even chocolate mint to my plain water to help me guzzle down the 8 glasses per day.

I have found that the time of day WORST for me is at both 10am and at 3pm. I start craving carbs and my mind drifts to unhealthy snack of donuts and chips and I swear the vending machine makes a different humm in order to try and gain my attention. If I resist and instead chew a piece of gum right around these times, I get through the craving until my next meal.
