well i got up this morning and found i was out of wraps so instead of driving down to the store i walked boy i miss walking alot cant wait till tomorrow to walk again emoticon

    I agree with Naebug.... I am finding excuses TO work out now.... which makes a huge difference. Park a little farther away, take the stairs, get up at commercial breaks..etc...

    I use to love walking but now all walking means is pain. Pain in my right knee, right hip and my lower back goes into spasms soon after i begin walking so sadly there is nothing enjoyable about walking for me right now. BUT i do miss it!!!!!!!!!

    Unfortunately I have a bum leg; which makes walking painful; however, I believe that if I did it consistently; I would walk off the pain! Thanks for the encouragement.

    It was a great day to be out in the world.
I amazed at how beautiful things are in Atlanta in December...
My new gadget "fitbit" has me running and jumping everywhere trying to get those 10000 steps. I love it! and walking to the store is a good way to get more

    I love walking too the only reason i ride my bike in the summer is because my bf hates walking

    I love that you made this post. I just had a conversation with a friend who makes every excuse for not exercising. I told her it's just as easy to make an excuse to workout. Here's my favorite...I don't have time to workout...get up a hour earlier and that way your workout is done before your day starts (I'm in the gym at 5am 4 days a week).
