I have really stayed focus on this journey since I started Tai Chi. Now when I get a craving, I do tai chi for ten minutes before I react to the craving. Not only do I feel better, most times I am past the craving and don't need it. emoticon

  • I've practiced tai chi for a little while at the senior center but I stopped. I'm sorry I did because it wasn't high impact exercise but a graceful sort of dance that energized you. Do I think that I could start again? You "betcha." - by MOTTAMAMALOU
  • I am looking for a good tai chi dvd. I keep running into dead ends as calorie burn is the emphasis of the day. The importances of balance and meditative practice is forgotten.
I would appreciate any further comment or suggestions on obtaining something to try. I hate to make a major investment until I find what works well. Then, for me the investment in health is worth it. - by HUNGRYWOMAN2
  • Tia Chi is something I always wanted to learn. I just never had the chance to take a class. If I new of a good Tia Chi CD I would buy it but have read some are very good and some are very bad so don't know which to buy. Keep having fun with your Tia Chi. May all your paths be bright ones. - by BUD_44
