Constantly eating low fat foods or zero calorie foods can leave you hungry. Low fat food makes the glycemic index of carbohydrates without fat very high, then spikes blood sugar and makes sugar into fat. Eating small amounts of meat, poultry, fish like tuna or shell fish, eggs, nuts & seeds, tofu will not leave you hungry all the time. People mistake thirst for hunger also, so stay hydrated, milk, soup or a protein drink should help you stay full.

Before I found out I had sleep apnea I was hungry all the time. Once I got my machine and mask to use, although I hated wearing the mask, I now use my machine faithfully. In the first three months I lost 18 pounds doing nothing else different. I was not hungry all the time anymore. Use your machine, if you need it. You will lose weight easier.
eat a piece of fruit, or couple of slices of turkey breast every 2 hours between meals, and you will never be hungry when it's time to eat the main meal. Remember, if you sit down to eat " when your hungry" you will devour everything. When you sit down to eat "when your NOT hungry" you will eat only the right portion that you should eat.
