Filtered Water, Diet tonic water, Unflavoured mineral or soda water, tea or coffee, Diet Cranberry Juice, diet cocoa. Drink plenty of sugar-free drinks if blood glucose levels are high. Water is the best thirst quencher..diabetics need to stay hydrated.
